I am so glad I discovered digitsocks being a suffer of Dermatophagia and high stress has destroyed my fingers and no matter how hard I try to stop, I just can’t. Having these on my worst of fingers, not only prohibits me from repeating this behavior, they also make me more determined to end this destructive behavior.
